         <description><![CDATA[<div>If this were a school goal to explore, I think ongoing conversations in consistent small groups with diverse staff (in terms of subject and grade) would be key. I think it would be important not to purposely put one minority teacher in each group but to let them fall naturally. It's hard without multiple minority members not to look to those individuals as experts. Need to bring in diverse voices through media/articles.</div>]]></description>
