The class will then be split into small groups of three. On the board there will be a random name picker, choosing from the multiple Kansas teaching licenses available. Around the room and  just outside the room there will be 12 boxes. On the outside of each of the boxes is a single license name, and within are the requirements to obtain it. The random picker will chose a license, and the groups of three must search the room to find the box with the corresponding license. The group that finds it first will read the requirements to the class, and win a prize. This will continue until we have gone through them all. At the end of the activity we will give out take homes of the most important license and their requirements.

We will end the class by having them write out, on the same paper from the beginning of class, the teaching license available in Kansas and a goal they have for when they are a teacher.
