You did SUCH a great job being a supervisor for all of us. It was both our first time being part of this program and you made sure to be so organized and supportive throughout this whole time. Thank you for being a superb supervisor this summer. You were always there reminding us of what needed to be completed and clarifying any misunderstandings. I appreciate how you always understood when things got overwhelming and broke things down for us. I'm sure you were sleep deprived on many days because of your kids but you still showed up with energy, positivity and your singing skills. Thank you Rick for being understanding, supportive and integral of my growth! I have things I need to work on still, but thanks to the honesty of Aniqa and You I feel like I'm getting better at accepting compliments and being confident in my roles! Thank you for always communicating and keeping it real! I loved the honesty of our 1 on 1s and the transparency with all our tasks, new and old. You and the hub made the job even more welcoming! Thank you so much for initiating singing happy birthday, I felt special for my bday(people usually forget about mine since it's in the summer) ! I'm grateful that you were my supervisor for my first time in bridge! Thank you for making the experience real and enjoyable!

Although I have only been in your hub for a short period of time, it was still a really positive experience! You were really organized and your spreadsheet looked amazing! I also love how you would always send out reminders through Slack chat because sometimes I forget some of the tasks that need to be done! Heyy Rick! Even though you said this is your first year as a coach supervisor, you did an amazing job like no kidding. Every time we had a 1-on-1 meeting, I would tell you that there is nothing for you to improve on at all. I really could not have asked for a better coach sup.
