Point number two about the free rein of any country sailing any area of the waters was a good point because it would make it easier for all the countries to travel and does not make each country more angry.  Another good point that Wilson made is the abortion of secret treaties. It would help each country to know the details around the rest of the world. Point nine can be considered good or bad. The new lines could fix underlying issues or could start new rivalries with neighboring countries. One bad point, four, is bad because if they took away weapons, how would we protect ourselves? Lastly, point fourteen is a good point because the League of Nations is a group of countries who all help each other out during wars or fighting.
