1. I presented a presentation about my life and different things about it.

1. It is where I went in and gave members of staff my grades from GCSE and they told me what course I was able to do.
2. Even though I'm a very nervous and anxious person I managed to talk to people on my own with no help
3. I could have improved my grades a bit because my highest was a 7.

Evidence 3-Air Cadets
1. Air cadets is for younger kids who someday want to join the RAF.
2. I spoke infront of 30 people for 2 hours
3. I could improve with being a lot more confident.

Evidence 1- Behaviour And Discipline exam
1) We did a 2-hour exam about behaviour and discipline on Friday 13th January
2) I didn’t panic and stayed focused throughout the whole exam not getting distracted by anyone.
3) I would improve by answering all the questions to the best ability and not leaving any blank.

Evidence 2- Making sure I hand in my assignment
1) I handed my assignment in a week before they are due so I don't worry about it.
2) So far I haven't missed an assignment due date and handed all 3 in as of now.
3) Make sure that I have no wrong answers and get it done even quicker therefore I have more time to relax.

Evidence 3- Dealing with my Injury
1) I injured my intercostal muscle in August 2022
2) I have been to physiotherapy sessions to improve and get better with it.
3) Still try and take part in lessons and my Irish dancing lessons as i have 3 displays coming up in the next 5 months.

Evidence 1- Remembrance Day Parade 2022
1) From 7 am to 12 pm I was out doing a march for the remembrance day parade with other members of my squadron
2) I didn't mess up and we all looked very good while marching no one fainted unlike in 2019 which is a very good improvement
3) Next time I could make sure I wear warmer things underneath my uniform just in case next year it is colder.

Evidence 2- IET/ DofE
1) For the last 6 months we have been preparing for our IET night which is where we stay overnight in tents in a place of our choosing.
2) we managed to get to our camp and final destination in less time than what we wrote down.
3) try not to get lost as frequently as we did.

Evidence 3- Gliding
1) we learned the principles of flight in order to fly the Viking T1 and all the different controls in the cockpit for it.
2) we flew twice once with the pilot flying and then the other time she let me fly it.
3) not being so scared to take control of the glider.

Evidence 1- Leadership activities in Cadets
1) We had to make a tower out of plastic tubes and other things
2) I made sure that there was a timekeeper and that everyone understood their roles in the team
3) Make sure they are more organized and get it done quicker

Evidence 2- Speaking in front of the class for my table.
1) I had to present a poster in front of the class
2) I managed to do it without stuttering
3) Next time make sure that I have more to talk about.

Evidence 1- CSI practical
1) We have to go outside in our CSI kit and work as part of a team to find evidence from a "crime scene".
2) We found a book with details about money as well as a phone in a room.
3) Stick to the formation we should have and next time found the last piece of evidence

Evidence 2- Scavenger hunt
1) worked in a team of 6 to try and gather as many photos from the sheet as we could
2) We managed to get most of them and gain extra points for a photoshopped photo
3) Next time try and be quick so we can win first place

Evidence 3- Air Cadet Leadership Course
1. We had to build the highest tower out of an MTa kit provided by air cadets.
2. I provided a good brief to my team and allocated a timekeeper to make sure we were on time as well as make sure everything was running smoothly and there were no problems
3. make sure that others understand the task even if explained well.

NCS
1) we did gardening, and care packages for single mothers in need we also created a gofundme for young children in need. We also sponsored a walk to make money for the care packages.
2. we managed to raise £180 for charity with just the gofundme, and the sponsored walk raised £200 we managed to make in total 44 care baskets for ages from 3 years old to 16.
3. we probably could have pushed for more money

BARNSLEY GOT TALENT (Carter's right to treatment)

1. It was a talent show recently to raise money for a little boy named Carter who has cancer and got refused service to get treatment because they didn't have enough.
2. I won the talent show and many people turned up to watch in the end they made enough money to get the treatment.
3. We probably could have advertised it more

REMEMBRANCE DAY
1. In college I took part in the remembrance day show where I was in uniform.
2. It was very enjoyable to see others who were in the cadets as well
3. It was very unorganised and confusing

Irish Dancing

1) I’ve been doing Irish dancing for the last 11 years, it’s good fitness and good sense of appreciation and gratefulness as I recently danced for a wedding.

2) I’m going to try and keep going for a couple more years, and do more displays and bring joy to people on St Patrick’s day.

3) I could improve my motivation by doing a Feis (competition) every once in a while as we haven’t been able to due to covid.

Evidence 2- Air Cadets

1) I’ve been doing air cadets for 5 years and I’m now a Corporal.

2) I'm currently doing my AVIP course which allows me to be able to come to cadets after I'm 18 and I enjoy teaching cadets what the good things are in cadets.

3) My motivation could be improved by working hard towards achieving Sergeant.

Evidence 3- College

1) I've been getting distinctions more frequently in college.

2) Over the 2 years my attendance and grades have been completed within a reasonable time.

3) I could be more motivated during college if I wasn't getting distracted by other students in my classroom, to achieve the grades I need for University.
