One of the best trips i've ever done, food in general was great, the places i visited were stunning until my cousin recommended to go to a restaurant called seattle restaurant. The place didn't look bad it was actually pretty elegant but I noticed how it was completely empty. I didn't pay much attention to that , I was extremely hungry so I sat down and called a waiter. 

My waiter's behavior since the moment I sat down was disrespectful and unpolite. The menu was filled with delicious foods and even better pictures but when i would ask for any of them the waiter said that they were out of all of them so i ended up asking for a regular hamburger. My order wasn't ready until an hour and a half later. It smelled awful but i was so hungry I started eating it as soon as it got to my table. I never thought a hamburger could taste that bad. I couldn't leave a tip eventhough I always leave one and when my waiter saw I dind't leave a tip he asked and i told him how the food was. he started insulting me and told me he was going to sue me. First of all the we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and take our order.Then it took 1 hour and fifteen minutes for the order to be ready and it only was two plates.The food was nasty the meet had green spots in it and rice was raw.The soup was full of hair I almost threw up. This is the worst experience in my life. This restaurant and hotel are awful. The restaurant had very bad food and I had the worst experience ever there. First the waiter spilled the food over me so I needed to go to change, then when the waiter brought the food it was cold and raw. It also smelled so bad that I was going to vomit. 
Also in the hotel the room didn’t have water. And it was very disorganized when we entered. I really don’t recommend you to go to this hotel.

When we went to choose are ice cream there was only one flavor vanilla so we decided to get it when she got it the ice cream dint look like ice cream it was liquid it seemed like milk  when we sat down to eat it the chairs where sticky and the table was not clean. The building is crap, it's full of moss and cracks. When I arrived I saw 3 dead rats in the lobby. The elevator is extremely old and it feels like it’s going to fall. The service is Terrible and the food is terrible. The mini fridge has expired food and it doesn’t work. The location is terrible. It is right in front of a factory which means it’s very polluted.

Please save your money, don't go to this horrid place it’s the worst hotel in the world. If there are good reviews of this hotel their probable fake and made by the owners.

I stayed here during my summer vacations hoping for a relaxing tie with my family. As soon as we got there we started to experience the horrible customer service. We had to wait 45 minutes just to be checked in, and we were the only guests in the lobby. When we got to our room I could see the dust on the tv stand and even saw a cockroach in the bathroom.

 In addition to all of this the outside areas are not well maintained, we could hear everything from the room next to us and all of the employees seemed to be bored and sad. I was promised a relaxing stay on beautiful installations and all I got was bad customer service and a filthy room. Please don’t go there if you are expecting a nice and tranquil stay.

Everything started this past Friday when I was looking for a new restaurant to celebrate one family member's birthday. I found this restaurant that had a review of 5/5 and all comments were excellent, so I chose it for the celebration. The next day when we got to the restaurant all the surroundings of the restaurant’s door were full of garbage bags, some of them were even opened and the trash was all around the floor, It was the opposite of the beautiful picture it appears on the website, it looked like an absolute dump. After the terrible first impression it took the waitress 20 minutes to notice our presence and 45 more minutes to give us a table, even though the restaurant was absolutely empty. 

When finally we sat down at the table and thought everything was going to get better, the waitress gave us the menu smeared with grease and ketchup, it almost maked me vomit. Then, we decided to order and almost all the menu wasn't available, we all ended up ordering the same dish, even though it wasn't what we wanted. The food took 3 hours and 25 minutes to arrive and it arrived with 2 flies and 4 disgusting worms. We finally decided to stand up and go with our stomach mixed and disgust for the presence of the disturbing animals in our food.

My room was completely messed and I even found a glass from someone who used the room before me. I called the reception and the service was deplorable, the person I talked to seemed completely disinterested and it took 2 hours for any kind of help or cleaning person to come up to my room to see what was going on. After that it took another day to transfer me to another hotel room. The food was also mediocre, as simple foods like eggs were served almost completely raw.

The pool was okay, but it was too small to fit everyone leaving people who just wanted a fun time uncomfortable and disappointed. Overall my experience in this hotel was not a good one and I hope never to have to be in a hotel like that again. I would not recommend this to anyone, and I sincerely hope that the hotel changes.

 In my last vacations I went Buenos Aires.
All the trip was excellent and the food was the best thing of the trip and then one of my friends told me if I want to go to a restaurant and I said yes. When I arrived to the place It was horrible but I said it doesn’t matter and when I entered it was very very small.
Then we order food and when it arrived it was looking very bad.
The I eat it all I it was  The worst thing I have eated in all my life. 
I recommend to you that pleas don’t go to that restaurant that is cold la Granja .

We decided to go to a hotel we didn’t have heard so much about but we still went. The lobby looked pretty decent but nice we got to the counter. We got a terrible service. We had to wait around 5 hours for our room to be ready and they wouldn’t even let us leave our bags there so we could go to the city. Our room was finally done so we decided to go to rest. 

The room was dirty and the beds had sprigs going out and there was a big grey stain on the sheets. And pillows didn’t have any filling. The bathroom was way worse. The mirror was cracked at one of the corners and water came out dirty from the sink. Then I decided to go to the toilet and it wasn’t flushed. It was disgusting. I didn’t like my time at this hotel I would totally not recommend staying here.

We stayed in the hotel Pondok Vienna. Close to the beach, because we went daily snorkeling.
Our stay there was a nightmare because of how disgusting it was. 
The room looked bad, but no worse than the bathroom. In the room, there was no place for anything. For example: there was like one drawer with no bottom, and a closet with no hangers. The sheets were dirty and stained, the curtains were torn and didn’t cover the light. The bathroom was dirty and full of insects. Also the towels were stained and torn. 
The pressure of the water was terrible and there was a weird bucket with soap in a corner. 
We were so freaked out at how unpresentable this place was that we ran out after one night's stay.

Every room has its own broken TV and a bed or should I say bed bug land. The bathroom is full of spiderwebs on the sides and there’s hair on the bathtubs. The receptionist is super rude and the cleaning lady steals everything that’s on the floor or on a visible place, she stole my shoes! And it was horrible. It tasted really bad and I thought that the cheese on the pizza was rotten. Later when we got our drinks, we saw two of our drinks, the wing of a fly. As soon as I got there I noticed how horrible the place was, the tables weren’t clean, there was sauce on the floor and it even was hard on the eyes. The staff showed my way to my table and the table I got could easily be worse than seating between 2 fat men in the subway. The menu was brought to me and the options were incredibly limited, so I ordered tuna. 

The tuna was brought to me rare, not even rare, it was raw, it looked like a fisher had fished one and 10 seconds later put it in my plate. I started eating, I didn’t even noticed and the ugly tuna that I ordered was already finished. The tuna was 80% bone and 20% meat, I mean, they didn’t even bother to take of the bones! So then, I got out of the restaurant with disgustment and an empty stomach, so whoever has or wants to go to the restaurant, I am really sorry for them, at least if you go don’t order tuna.
