I think it's important for us to provide our elementary teachers with time to plan and collaborate with their peers.  With LTRS training consuming a LOT of their time, I think it would be helpful to provide teachers with some additional times to plan-maybe ERDays.  IDK???  We appreciate all that you have done so far.  

Recruiting qualified subs and doing what we can to keep them is definitely a need.

Putting other PD on hold so that elementary teachers can focus on LETRS training has been a huge help. I think that continuing to focus on providing time for teachers to work on this training would be the most helpful to me and my colleagues during this school year. Is there any way to provide subs for half days (C&I staff or CCS subs) for elementary teachers to add more time for us to work on LETRS?
