Diversion helps to escape you from your everyday life. It will also help you to relax and fill in the time. It can also help to fulfil or lust a desire. 

Identifcation
Identification is a reinforcement for personal values and also helping to find a sense of model behaviour.

Social Interaction is when you can talk about the film on social media. Also when you can go and talk about the film to other people. 

Diversion (Deadpool)
In the trailer of deadpool the diversion there is the music and action that is featured heavily in the trailer to help you to forget about your life and focus about everything going on int the trailer. Another diversion in the trailer would be the 2 main actors with Vanessa and Deadpool who are good looking.

Identification 
In the trailer we can see that Wade has cancer and this can relate to the audience as someone will know someone who is going through or have had cancer. Also people can relate with Deadpool being in love with Vanessa.

Social
At the end of the trailer we see the hashtag 'Deadpool' meaning that you can go on twitter and talk about the trailer with other people on twitter. 

Surveillance 
At the end of the trailer we see the release date of the film telling the audience information about the film. Therefore they know when the film will be released and when to go and watch it.

In this scene we see 4 stock character. The first stock character is the hero of the story which is Deadpool. Another stock character is the villain in the story in this scene it is Ajax. He is the main threat that is in the film and this scene. We see another stock character which is the damsel in the film this is Vanessa who has captured by AJAX. The last stock character in the scene is the henchman who are the usually villain army. 

Setting 
The setting in this scene is an junkyard with many pieces of rusting metal. We also see many old ships with old crates on them. We can see the rust on the metal and the ships showing that it has been there for some time and has not been cared for.

- Tells the hero how he can get treatment to help to cure him 
- The treatment he promised him was fake and turns into the villain torturing him. 

Enigma Code

- An Enigma Code in the film is Deadpool and we never understand why he has the power, we understand how he got the powers but not why he had them. 

- Another Enigma Code in deadpool is at the end deadpool goes to kill one of Ajax's henchmen but then stops and knows him by his first name and calls him "Bob" we never know how they know eachother before this encounter. 

- Another Enigma Code in the film is how Ajax and Angel dust met before they became the villeins in the deadpool movie. 

In the film we see Deadpool and Ajax being the binary oppositions of each other with good vs evil in the story. In the story deadpool needs Ajax to go on his journey and become the hero of the story and Ajax needs deadpool to be the villain and evil in the story.
