The main mysteries Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson are very interesting. A man named Sir Charles Baskerville has died under mysterious circumstances and some say he was killed by a big ghostly hound. This hound has supposedly haunted his family for decades by Sherlock isn't buying the story. While beginning to start the case he discovers that someone is watching Sir Charles Baskerville's nephew Sir Henry Baskerville. He tries to find out who but can only find that they have a beard. So Sir Charles Baskerville dies under mysterious circumstances and when the heir to his wealth arrives someone comes to spy on him. Sherlock suspected it was the housekeeper Barrymore but he was never able to fully clear that he had been in London spying on Henry. Sherlock also got someone to go through the papers in a handful of hotels to try to find out where this mystery person was staying that was spying of Sir Henry. He looked through the papers because the person had cut out a mysterious note for Sir Henry telling him that the moor is dangerous.

The Mortimer Lead

At the beginning of the story, we were told that Dr. Mortimer had a dog. He was also a doctor for Sir Charles Baskerville. We were told that Dr. Mortimer would get some money from Sir Charles Baskerville's will. We were also told that Sir Charles was very anxious from the tales of a ghostly hound that has killed his family. Now nearby Sir Charles's dead body were paw prints of a dog. What if Dr. Mortimer had given Sir Charles rigged medication so that when Sir Charles went outside on his walk, Dr. Mortimer's dog was sent purposely to scare Sir Charles by barking. Sir Charles ran and screamed but with the rigged medication, it didn't help his health problems with his heart and he ended up dying from a heart attack of the ground. Then when all of this was over, Dr. Mortimer got the money from the will.

The Barrymore Lead

After Sherlocks meeting with Dr. Mortimer and Sir Henry Baskerville, he followed them outside and spotted a taxi spying on them from across the street. The man spying had had a big beard. When he asked Dr. Mortimer about anyone he knows in the moor with a big beard he said Barrymore, the housekeeper of Baskerville hall. Sherlock then sent a telegraph to the moor asking if Barrymore was there but the lead failed because they were never sure if it actually got delivered to him accordingly. Another lead they had was the taxi drivers wagon number. They searched it up and found the man. The man said that the man that he drove he knew nothing about besides that he was a detective named Sherlock Holmes. This confused Sherlock because he was Sherlock and it seems someone had posed as him and then left and because of this they now lost that lead also. Barrymore has still been a little suspicious while Dr. Watson has been around because he lied to him about his wife crying during the night. There are really any new leads currently but Barrymore is still a suspect.

The Beryl Stapleton Lead

When we were first introduced to the Stapleton's we met Jack first and after seeing a Clyclopides and getting distracted we meet Beryl Stapleton. The first thing she does is warn Dr. Watson to leave the moor as soon as possible. She said this to Dr. Watson because she thought he was Sir Henry Baskerville. She later apologized for it but warned him that they need to leave because the moor is a dangerous place for the Baskerville's especially after Sir Charles's death. I think its interesting how she seems to be on the same lines as the mysterious note Sir Henry Baskerville had gotten. What if she was connected to the note in some way and she was the one who sent it because she knows something about the moor that we don't.
