The first step is choosing HOW you want to be coached. I love the way that this truly individualizes each teacher's coaching sessions. From the start of the lesson to the exit ticket, the educator is truly guiding their coaching session. The coaching guides are consistent in design, making each form encouraging for participation. The exit ticket allows for reflection of self, coaching, and time. Finally, I provided tech resources and a pineapple chart.
