         <title>I usually eat salad and fruits that I consider healthy. I also drink a lot of water during the day, especially when it&#39;s hot, like seven or eight bottles. I sleep around 7 to 8 hours (although I only slept four hours saturday). I haven&#39;t been doing exercise lately, but when I have time I play soccer and try to play basketball too. I don&#39;t go to the gym, I just play indoor soccer now. I eat more salad than fruits during the day. But when I eat fruit it&#39;s two or three fruits, depending on the fruit.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I consider my routine healthy, because I usually eat healthy food, like vegetables, meet, rice, beans, salad, fruits and things like that.<br>I also exercise 2 or 3 times per week at the gym to get mass and muscles (I really need that).<br>Sometimes I go walking near the lake with my friends, and I would like to do that even more but I don’t have much time - you know.&nbsp;<br>However, I think I could do it better if I had time, but I’m studying more than ever and you know it needs time to understand, write and learn that.<br>So, I would like to run outdoor when possible, go more to the gym (maybe every day) but I don’t eat many things a day because I don’t feel hungry, so I’m going to use hypercaloric to help me to get mass and feel better physically than I am now.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I usually eat a lot of fruits and salad, I always try drinking water all over the day but in the morning i just can't 😬😬. I usually sleep&nbsp; six or eight hours per day, I don't do exercises a lot and I don't go tho the gym and rn I don't practice any sports (OMG) out of the school, just in the physical education classes once a week and  I don't know how many fruits and vegetales I eat everyday but i like those a lot.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I consider my routine pretty healthy. Usually I exercise 4 times a week or more, because I love to feel the endorfin. I’m also into taking care of my diet, in what I eat. I’m always trying to make new healthy recipes and eat in right ways. My favorite recipes are pancakes and oatmeal, I swear, they’re amazing! In my childhood until my 12 years old, I used to play soccer, but now I only workout at the gym. Everyday, I drink about 3l of water, and I sleep around 7 hours at night. I’m very productive and I really enjoy having a busy routine.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;I eat pretty healthily 'cause I love vegetables and fruits, I constantly have full meals composed of them. It's also usual for me to eat lots of beans. However, I don't drink too much water, like, if I drink a glass during the day is a big deal for me. I sleep about 5 or 6 hours per night because I always go sleep late and get up early. For exercise, I usually go on a walk or ride a bicycle with my sister once a week and I don't go to the gym.</div>]]></description>
