Although Jane and her counterparts are working for the same company, however, their cultural believes and interests are different as they are working in different countries in which language also plays an important role. 
2- No jane's age and gender is not a vital factor in this communication as jane's language proficiency and her confidence matter a lot. The other factors like language barriers and different cultural beliefs are more important than jane's age and gender.
3-In this situation, due to lack of communication and language differences she will face different kinds of problems as she is not engaged in direct communication with them and she cannot share directly but she wants so she has to communicate with them through an interpreter which can also create conflict and chaos.
