  • Employee’s personal email is their personal property, the company does not own it. So, they have no right to view the content in their employee’s personal email.

  • Employee personal email may contain illegal content
  • Employee may take advance of the privacy to idle at work

  • When in work, employee should be focus on their task, not on their personal business.

  • Because office work can be stressful for them. Therefore, having a personal entertainment can help them calm and relax but only to certain time. 
  • We are humans, not robot! We can’t work straight 24 hours or else stress 
  • Everyone has their own rights to do whatever they want. What if that personal email is really important for them to see? 

Should not:
  • The employee may get distracted from other factor such as Internet Browsing.
  • The employee may use that advantage and get idle in work
  • The employer will get more profit if the employee do not use advantage of the privacy. (Why do you apply for the job, not to be idle, don’t you)
