I say this because on page 23-24 the second the children enter the house they are  immediately told to clean the house. I also say this because on page 24 ¨During the first few days after the orphans arrival at Count Olaf´s home. Count Olaf doesn't actually take care of them, so Violet has to act as the adult. She has to watch over Klaus and Sunny. At the beginning if the book it said Violet was good at inventing and building strange devices. Klaus read almost every book so he is really intelligent.
