1. I didn’t understand anything, it’s a joke. 2. I liked the musical in Russian more, if only because it was clearer, but without jokes: Let's start with the cover. The cover of the Russian adaptation of the musical is similar to the cover of the fairy tale “About Tsar Saltan”, I don’t know why I thought that...

Although the cover of the English musical looks more aesthetically pleasing. The Russian version of this musical is adapted to the Russian people and their interests. There are no tunes or intrusive melodies, but despite this I liked the English musical more. It seemed more vividly and colorful to me. The tunes were very cool and the actors looked very unusual.

If you compare the two versions of the musical. I liked the original English version the best for the next reasons. The first reason is the voice, in the English version it sounds more lively, and in the Russian version it didn't sound very good.

Also what surprised me in the Russian version was how many artists could fit on a small stage and still dancing freely.

The acting of all the characters was at the highest level. I experienced their emotions with them. I think, to the task was to show the vices of a person and their punishment. Some moment were unelear, but the general essence is understandable. I would like to see something else similar on this topic.
The music in the Russian version is the same. The Russian version has more emotional voices, and the English version describes situations better (the game of heroes). The female character seemed to me more feminine in the English version. Three sides are visible in both musicals:Jesus, the crowd, and Judas. The main problem of the opera is the theme of life and death. I think the English version conveyed the Bible fragments better.
