+ The Thailand has adequate land supply and low price to buy the land,In contrast, Thailand has more room for improvement.
+ Thailand is home to the second largest domestic market in Southeast Asia, which has been growing rapidly for decades. It is already one of Asia’s major automotive, electronics and petrochemical production hubs with relatively good infrastructure and an attractive business climate in terms of atractting FDI.
