         <description><![CDATA[<div>So everyone knows that muscle is very important to the human body, but can too much be harmful?</div><div>     There are pictures out there of people which we can all say has too much muscle. For example in the picture below. </div><div>this is where we stop and start thinking the question:”is there any harm that comes from this amount of muscle?”.</div><div>So far there is no research to see if the muscle growth can cause problems by slowly crushing internal organs by growing too big.</div><div>     There is however problems to trying to get muscle mass too quickly. according to “thedvcc.com”  there are many ways people can have negative effects of muscle growth, for example, since your muscles need time and nutrients to recover you can have sleeping differences by not eating well or overworking. </div>]]></description>

Muscles help you in day to day life, for example, maybe you are taking groceries inside your house and only if you were stronger you could carry that one last bag but instead you have to take two trips. Muscles also help with preventing injury, because the more muscle means more cushion between any impact and the vital parts in your body. </div>]]></description>
