For example, the activity 1.3.1 dates 13th to 14th March and Activity 1.3.2 dates between 14th to 15 March. Both Activities' dates overlapped on the 14th of March. We can refer to our old posts of when we really started and ended our past activities(which date range until the activity was finished. For example, we began Activity 1.1.1 from 28th February and ended on 28 March). 

This is ok because it is impossible that we can do most of each activity only in one day(they can be accomplished in a range of dates). The other reason is, we are only writing the calendar week range on our Gantt Chart. Ms Golda will be checking and comparing the activity numbers from the Gantt chart and compare it to what we wrote on the group activity list and work packages. 

As you can see on the Gantt Chart, I have changed the dates from Week 1 to Week 13 rather than writing each date. They also look better this way on our Gantt Chart rather than having a long list of dates that won't fit on one paper when we print them.
