All of the plastic is in the dead birds stomach, which indacates that the bird was eating plastic. Birds can confuse plastic for the regular food that they eat, with plastic everywhere birds and other animals can confuse it for food. Something people can do to stop littering from happening is clean up after ourselfs, we aren't babies and we can clean up ater ourselves, so why dont we? - Minah
