webquest is a good tool to use for task that requires information sourcing, however students may be tempted to just copy and paste content without putting much thinking to it.

Teacher does not need to scaffold much especially when the topic is relevant and interesting because prior knowledge is present.

It helps student to sieve out information on their own as they know how to filter the necessary contents from the unnecessary ones.
