A disruptor of temporary car insurance i.e. if you just need to be insured on your mates car for a couple of hours. No call to insurance company is needed. All you do is take a photo of the car registration plate you want to be insured on, enter a few other details via the app i.e. your drivers license details and you are off! It's so easy - you can have insurance sorted in less than a minute without having to spend ages on the phone with an insurance company.

The product hasn't been around that long I don't think and is no doubt being tweaked following user feedback. A good deal if quantitative and perhaps some qualitative data will need to be gathered and analysed to make relevant improvements in accordance with their users. Detailed data into the type of users they have will also help to devise a marketing strategy as I don't think it's that well known in the UK yet let alone abroad.

- who is using the app and for what purpose i.e. test driving a car, borrowing a car etc. what age are the users? do they have other insurance already?

What is the highest value time that users are insuring cars for i.e. where can Cuuva making most profit?

Monzo is a great example that you use for this exercise and I really like their services and love using the card. at this point I am a premium customer which means that the card is not free for me anymore, first is a metallic card (love it) I have a travel insurance, a device insurance and many other services I like a lot, I travel a lot and it is very efficient to pay everywhere not been worried about exchange rates or fees is pretty straight forward

I would like to see them working as a PayPal type of service, I would like to use the card to improve my credit score too and use the card as POS for my clients to pay quick moneys, getting miles, rewards or rebates it is a great feature to have too.

I would like to see how many Monzo users still have other accounts and other banks and for what reason is not the unique bank. The new user rate per month on business users. the adoption in other countries with less disposable income to compare the adoption of the new ways of banking and how more flexible can the service be for those markets and how simplify that in the product.

As a product owner I think I would like data on new customer rates and satisfaction rates of existing customers. A lot of companies try and recruit new customers with new offers and this can often be to the detriment of their existing customers.
