We can reflect on the last year and take the best pieces of remote/hybrid learning forward with us.

My prediction is that the most valuable aspect of the course will be working with other educators across the state. That's a unique opportunity always, but that is especially valuable because New Hampshire took a very local approach to its pandemic response. So, on top of seeing perspective from different grade levels and disciplines, I also will learn a lot about what other remote experiences were and this will help me better contextualize my own. As a prediction to how this prediction will play out, I will say that I already feel that our district managed the pandemic excellently, and I'm thankful I was given the resources to succeed.

And that is probably my goal, to just be reflective and appreciative. I came into this as an experienced online teacher teaching an online summer course for six years already. I'm looking for new language to put to the approaches I have developed naturally, opportunities to share what I have learned, and a useful period of review to make sure my thinking is healthy and a best practice.
