I was very happy to hear from you. I will be glad to help you mate, and I hope that I can give you some details you can use . I know is gonna be a surprise for you some of them but its no a big deal.

First I'll give you some useful tips , please be prudent when you talk about drugs no to many people like to talk about that topic so, please be careful with who you touch that topic.

Now , I will give you some advice about some behavior in business meetings in Colombia. Sample , when you meeting people shaking hands is very common, in particularly between men and it is important to maintain eye contact and smile throughout. By the way, with a woman is a little different because greeting a woman, mostly if you have met them before, it is generally accept to kiss her on her right cheek and If you are meeting a group of people, make sure to greet each everyone.

Lets talk about eating customs buddy , this may can be a little different in Colombian than others countries . Colombian people usually have lunch at 12:30 or 2:30 pm and dinner around 8 pm - 10:30 pm. Also , Business people particularly in Bogota the capital, like to go restaurants not very formal but very tasty and cheap that we call "Corrientazos" A typical Colombian meal for lunch there consists a main dish of meat or fish with rice , Salad , a glass of natural juice and include sometimes soup but if you don't want soup, instead you will get a fried egg.

Then , Dining and Entertainment the time and punctuality are not stressed because we will typically arrive up to thirty minutes late for social engagements. A 10:00 p.m. party will often begin a half-hour to one hour late. Working breakfasts is popular, and business lunches and dinners are popular but plan on spending at least two or three hours at either. Never put your feet on furniture in a hotel, office or home. and always cover your mouth when yawning .

I hope you enjoy your time in Colombia . Please If you want to know more, just let me know. Hope everything is well at your end.

Cheers ,
Mateo

( Maria Saavedra Cartagena)

Thanks for your message. I'm glad your trip's going well.
Vietnam is a beautiful country of rice paddies, water buffaloes and good food. Vietnamese usually have 3 meals a day including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dine out with locals wherever possible. Most Vietnamese is early risers, breakfast is eaten before 9, though many restaurants serve breakfast until much later. Food for breakfast most popular are the Pho - noodle soup. Lunch is serve from 12-1 pm. Most office workers have their luch at one of the store where thay can choose a main dish fish, beef, pork, chicken of tofu with side vegetable and steamed rice. Some order lunch box from nearby restaurant if they want to avoid the heat anh traffic. Lunch in vietnam is quick yet does not lack any nutrients. Vietnam dinner is the main meal where family gathers and reports back their day. It is vietnamese tradition to share the food while eating. Dinner food usually includes one or two main dishes such as stewed pork, steamed chicken or fried fish, one dish of boiled or vegetable and one bowl of broth. Steamed rice is considered inevitable in most meal.
Best wishes,
Sophia Ly

Hello,
I hope you've been well.I'm pleased to invite you and your clients to visit Myanmar. You know Myanmar is a beautiful country and it has many beautiful places.Bagan is the ancient city in central Myanmar. It's known for the Bagan Archaeological Area, where moe than 2,000 Buddhist monuments tower over green plains. You and Your clients should go there. And I think Myanmar food is the most delicious food all over the world.Almost Myanmar foods are spicy. In the morning, you can try Mohinga for your breakfast. It's not official, but if Myanmar were to name a national dish,Mohinga would be it.flavoured with turmeric, ginger, chilli powder, garlic and lemongrass, this fish scup is breakfast in a bowl. It's also a streetfood snack or the main dish of a comforing meal. And for your dinner, you and your cilents should go to a traditional Burmese restaurant. It's more than just a meal. It's a culinary experience. As the name suggests, curry i the central element, but after you,ve chosen one typically a meat, somewhat oily curry based around pork, fish, shrimp, beef or mutton.these include rice,a tart salad,a small dish of fried vegetables,a small bowl of soup and a large tray of fresh and par-boiled vegetables and herbs to be eaten with various dips.Dips range from ngapi ye,a watery, fishy sauce,to balachaung,a dry, spicy mixture of chillies, garlic and dried shrimp fried in oil.By the time it all arrives, you and your clients will be face to face with a spread of dishes that seems to include all the ingredients, textures and flavours of Myanmar. After you've finished, you all will also get a traditional Burmese dessert such as a lacquer tray containing pickled tea leaves and nuts,or a jar of chunks of palm sugar.I think you and you clients will be satisfied for the dinner. And I'm sure your clients will appreciate your plan and things what you've done for them.I need to go to my job.Let me know if you have problem with trip.Good Luck my dear.

Your beloved,
Saw

Wherever you go, knowing local customs and talking with people politely are very crucial. Especially if you will go to East Asia, the local clients would appraise you with your attitude.

For instance, in my country -South Korea-. When you talk with people, you need not to ask about their family if they are not your friend. It can be a little bit rude. Please make sure you don't seem to be rude. And when you decide what you are going to eat, It may be better to follow their decision. I think they are natives, which means they might know what the best restaurant in there is! and that's good for your taste as well..

I hope you're well.
I'm very glad to help you. It is probably best to start arranging meeting schedules around two weeks before arrival, but it is normal for meeting schedules remain unconfirmed until close to the visit. You should be open to the fact that the schedule is likely to change. It is advisable to reconfirm meetings the day prior to the schedule slot.
Puntually is frequently an issue in Colombia, but you should not interpret lateness as a sign of rudeness or laziness.
Traffic in Colombia, especially in Bogota, (the capital of Colombia) can be bad. Plan your trip with plenty of time to avoid for delays.
Handshaking the customary greeting in business; don't rush it. Colombians take a long time in greetings; they feel it conveys respect for the other person. Among friends, wait a hug.
It is normal to exchange business cards at the start of meetings (although in restaurants or at business lunches they should be exchange after the meal).
Lunch in Colombia is served from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and dinner from about 8.30pm to 10.30pm.
The language spoken in Colombia is Spanish. Making the effort to speak the language demonstrates seriousness about entering the Colombian market and any attempt to comunicate in Spanish will be met with a positive response.
I hope I have helped you, if you have another questions let me know, I'll be happy to help you.
Good travel.

Regards:
Bibian Torres
