 The Veil:
Winston is thinking this because of how he sees how the note from Julia that said "I love you" can be something that he can use to make his own "secret life" better. Winston isn't worried about getting caught out of how he should be feeling because that it would be worth it to be able to be getting with Julia.

Type of Satire (Tone): Juvenalian
The tone of the passage creates about a careless emotion by Winston because he is wanting to fulfill all of needs and wants with Julia. This act that Winston does is against what the Party is for because how relationships aren't supposed to have any feelings with it because the sole purpose of relationships to the Party is to reproduce and nothing else. 

Tools of Satire: Paradox
The words used by Winston shows that with the mindset that the Party instilled on him and how Winston is turning against and contradicting those beliefs that were set because what he was thinking felt right to him by getting with Julia.

The Target:
The target could be on arranged marriages or arranged relationships. Being in an arranged relationship could mean that both parties in the relationship don't even love each other or much care for each other but they're together because the people above them like the parents want them to for their own benefit.

The veil of the passage is to represent how peoples lives are in Oceania are very systematic and repetitive in what they do because of how the government is set up and that the Party is watching every move of the people.

Type of Satire (Tone): Juvenalian
The tone of the passage shows to have a harsh tone because it almost represents how peoples lives are nowadays of how we work until we die. It also shows that the people in Oceania don't have much to live for and that there is no hope to make any difference in their society.

Tools of Satire: Socratic Irony
The passage shows that if people are pushed and tempted enough to make a change for themselves or for a population as a whole then they will most likely do it because of how it can lead to a bigger and better life not only for themselves, but for the future as a whole.

The Target:
The target of the passage could be representing the Paris Uprising when Germany had occupied France and that the French Resistance had fought back because of them wanting to be free of the occupation so that they could go back to their normal lives.

So as far he could see there were two possibilities. One, much the more likely, was that the girl was an agent of the Thought Police, just as he had feared. He did not know why the Thought Police should choose to deliver their messages in such fashion, but perhaps they had their reasons. The thing that was written on the paper might be a threat, a summons, an order to commit suicide, a trap of some description. But there was another, wilder possibility that kept raising its head, though he tried vainly to suppress it. This was, that the message did not come from the Thought Police at all, but from some kind of underground organization. Perhaps the Brotherhood existed after all! Perhaps the girl was part of it! No doubt the idea was absurd, but it had sprung into his mind in the very instant of feelings the scrap of paper in his hand. The Veil:
The Thought Police is everywhere you go. As well as the Brotherhood, they always come after you to. We aren't able to process anything when the Thought Police is around because we are afraid in a way or feel constricted about what we can and can't think since some of us don't want to face the consequences.

Type of Satire(Tone): Juvenalian
The tone is nerve wrecking because the Thought Police is around and they got a piece of paper with a message leading to think that the Brotherhood is real. It creates that chill feelings when you hear such things are real but aren't really, and especially when they said, "he murmured his fingers into the speak write."

Tools of Satire: Incongruity
This passage shows absurdity with the thought of another murder, the Thought Police onto you and the Brotherhood being potentially real. In the text, his mind was telling him something but the Thought Police as messing with him about the note but he hadn't open it up yet. The character started getting scared.

The Target:
The target is really based on the Thought Police and your own thought on the Brotherhood. It is aimed to attack your thoughts and completely have someone speak in Newspeak.

The Veil: 
There was no love between both of them just a desire that they both had.There was no love connection due to the fact that the Party doesn't allow you to feel the love. The Party just wants people so they can reproduce they don't want you to feel a connection.
Type of Satire (Tone): Juvenalian:
The tone in the passage shows that it is disappointed because Winston is upset that he can't have a real connection with Julia. Winston feels that if people actually loved each other or want to love someone they would be able to overthrow the Party as he said "that was the force that would tear the Party to pieces". The Party has their people convinced that loving someone can be dangerous now, it can have people scared to love.
Tools of Satire: Incongruity:
Winston felt love towards Julia but the problem with that was that it was not allowed by the Party. It was not normal for someone to love each other or else you would be looked at wrong by the Party. The Party felt that love was a threat which goes to show how crucial the Party was. Winston felt that Julia had no love for him and that it was just lust between them as she said that she has soduced with other men in the past. 
The Target:
The target of this passage is that some couples are in relationships they don't want to be in.The Party's choices have hanged the minds of the people making them think that they really don't need to have love.

The Veil:
In this passage, the main idea that is presented to us is love. Love is a powerful feeling when acquired or feel like it's happening. It says that you can't completely love someone or can't completely just lust someone, but in today's society, that's not the case.

Type of Satire(Tone): Horation
The vibe or type of tone that we get is a bitter one. They talk about how men used to look at women and want them but then just look away and go back to living their lives. Why isn't is that men look at a woman's face instead of a woman's body?

Tools of Satire: Exaggeration
The type of satire is exaggeration because it's a simple person's action that turns into a fault and to criticized harshly on men in the world. It's "beyond normal" for women because they don't deserve to be seen like that unless they want to be, it's just a touchy subject to touch on and can get out of hand quickly.

The Target:
It's based on how men view women and that it's just all a political act to go against the Party but really is affects the men and those who take action like this. Those mean could be runner ups for elections in the future but are being sabotaged in their early life because they portrayed woman in a different way, for their bodies only.

The Veil:
The main thing in this text is sexualiness and the acts and feelings you feel/get after sex. Everybody feels their own ways, not necessarily what this passage is saying. They want you to feel yourself and not ask why a certain object makes you happy about something, just let life take it's course. 
Type of Satire(Tone): Juvenalian
It's bit biting because it get in touch with your feelings and sexual life. They mention that in sex you use your energy, I think that, that goes with any relationship, you're giving what you offer, you energy, and if they can't accept you for who you are, then it's a shame. You should be happy for yourself an not be excited about political/government things.

Tools of Satire: Parody
Every person has their own form/technique of how to show off their energy to someone or even to themselves. The passage thinks we will imitate their such sayings of sex and what should make us happy and what shouldn't.

The Target:
It's as simple as it gets, sex. Its in our everyday life. This passages intends that us humans, should have meaningful love and not random love here and there, as the text said, "All this marching up and down and cheering and waving flags is simply sex gone sour."

The Veil: 
Winston and O'Brian had come into conclusion, which O'Brian immediately decides to move on. This shows how O'Brian does not really care much, he had gone back to working right away.
Type of Satire (Tone): Juvenalian: 
The tone for this passage is is serious because it is the ending of a deal for Winston and O'Brian. Winston shows how O'Brian is a though man and a serious person when he said "His powerful grip crushed the bones of Winston’s palm". O'Brian is all about work he talks to you and as soon as it is over he goes back straight to work as it shows  when Winston say's " it occurred to him, O’Brien would be back at his interrupted and important work on behalf of the Party". 
Tools of Satire: 
Reversal: The passage shows how power can really make someone look strong and how that person can change how you act the second you meet them or talk to them.
The Target: 
The target for this passage is power, it changes people not just the person with it but the people around it as well. This passage shows how we tend to act different around those in power like the way we talk and look.

The Thought Police or Big Brother is watching/overhearing their ideas/conversations. That there is no escaping Big Brother.

Type of Satire(Tone): Horatian
It just a seems like a friendly meeting/gathering of people until someone smiled. They all were dead silent, as if life was still for a few seconds.

Tools of Satire: Exaggeration
They assumed O'Brien was working for the enemy since they wanted to go against the party and found out it was true. They based off an assumption from his smile that he broke after they turned off the telescreen. It was a jump that in life you take about anything and might get judge for because it wasn't what some else sees but to each one own's.

The Target:
The target in this passage is simply the discreteness that O'Brien had and those those discovered who he really is. In a way, people always assume who you are until they actually get to know the real you and see if they're assumptions are correct.
