There are several ways that you can incorporate multicultural perspectives into history lessons. For example, you can teach the students about the African American women movement and you could also teach the students about the different countries and the wars that happened to give the students more knowledge about the world around them.

In math, you can teach the students about the different methods that different countries like to use, and have them learn a method that the country uses, and then they can teach it to the class.

Some strategies that will help meet the diverse needs of all learners are you can " Encourage active learning such as making the lessons more hands-on on and even sometimes you can take the lessons and turn them into a game, which will keep the students engaged in wanting to continue to learn. Also, doing small group learning will allow the chance for the students to get to know their peers on a more personal level. One way that I will make sure I can meet all my students' needs is that I will be a huge advocate for my students If they need anything, I will work hard to meet their needs, also I will make sure as a Future educator that I try more then one teaching style because I believe that all students have their own special way that they learn.

In the classroom, when you decorate it, you can put different cultural posters on the wall. This way, it makes your classroom more diverse and makes all the students feel more welcome. When it comes to Inclusive languages, the teacher should use different vocabulary when they speak, but at the same time,e they need to make sure they are respectful on what they are saying. Teaching the students to have respectful language with their peers is also very important because some cultures can take certain words offensively. Lastly, an establishment of community norms would be to invite all the students' parents and have them each bring a special dish or item that is from their background,s which also gives them a chance to talk more and expand the students' knowledge.

Some community-based learning projects that would be great is helping clean up the trash around the schools and the parks. Also, a good community-based project would be to help out with distributing food to those who are in need in their community. There are several cultural events that the school could set up, for example, they could have a night where in the school they set up booths of different cultures, and the students and parents go to the booths and get to learn more about the different cultures. Also, the schools have career days where they bring in guest speakers, so I think bringing in guest speakers to talk to the students about their background and culture would be great for the students' education.

Having workshops for the parents that go over the different cultures could help them understand more, and having workshops for the students for if they are struggling with a certain area in school,l would be good too.
