The strategy is to have a combination of formal program for new teachers and mentoring of a designated experienced teacher for a year. The rest of the support (continuous) is given to ECTs in mentoring from a experienced teacher in non-formal ways, coaching by the headteacher in specific cases (on demand) and regular PLCs in our school.

We are currently satisfied with the process and we are developing a program to be used in the future and validating our previous activities.
