The cold shower beneficts the health by reducing muscular pain and a bigger tolerance to stimulates of biologic stress and an increase of burn calories. People recomend to have 1st a hot shower and then the cold shower inmediatly when you finish doing sport or 20-30 minutes later.</div>]]></description>
