I am hoping that the work we do this year will help to empower my students to know they can do hard things and that the year of covid has not broken them!<br>Our team is currently exploring Street Data in a book club format, looking at ways we can create actionable items as a result of the readings.<br>We plan to create one "public" lesson to be taught in a 1st grade class in the fall looking at number sense and how students use effective communication to explain/understand math thinking.</div>]]></description>

I am looking forward to reconnecting with the program and working with my lesson study team.
