We would set up a specific time (like 30 minutes every day) and within this period we could only speak English. We could talk about anything, movies, food, new TV shows, etc. We were all non-native speakers, but this strategy still worked. I was able to pronounce words better and speak more fluently. Most importantly, I was more confident in talking with people in English. You could try talking with your friends in English to practice speaking.
