Structured weekly common planning time still sounds like more inquiry -- even if it is "teacher led," that teacher is still reporting to admin.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My concern is the excessive Facilitated Common Planning days. At what point do they become redundant? I'm also worried about excessive admin presence - it  deflates teacher morale by demonstrating a lack of confidence in our abilities to plan collaboratively.  </div>]]></description>
