Germany has a very competitive economy, and becoming a law enforcement officer requires major competence, and high quality and highly skilled people to work for them. Overall, this is the best example of high-level police education (Besides the United States).

Overall, Japan has a very unique policing style, and it seems like the Koban System is helping reduce the crime rate around the country.
