However, I would make a few changes to make it more effective. First, revise punctuation and sentence structure in the first sentence of the profile. Second, try to use the same pattern (verb / noun phrase) in your lists. Finally, you can integrate different points and avoid repetition of responsibilities in order to save space. You can also check the indentation to make sure to follow a format. It's not so personalized, but I would say it can be an effective one. Just try to correct a few mistakes. In two parts of your letter you used the past perfect (had worked) when the correct form should be present perfect (have worked). Also, in the list of responsibilities, you should use the gerunds (-ing) instead of past tenses (planning, delivering, etc.). And "during my experience through in" should say "through my experience in". In general it's a very good Decalogue, but you could improve it in terms of both content and English. You missed a conclusion and you could have elaborated the sentences more to show more advanced sentence structure and more insightful explanations. You need to check the use of some prepositions and punctuation, too. It's good that you used adjective clauses and a new expression.
