         <title>Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting 12/1/17</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This was the recipe I used for the frosting of the cupcakes at Andi’s baby shower (frosting was a hit!) **note** I quadrupled the recipe to accommodate the #of cupcakes. I only used the equivalent of 1 cup of heavy whipping cream per batch.<br><br>Mix room temp. Cream cheese with sugar, salt and vanilla. In a separate bowl whip the heavy whipping cream till it makes stiff peaks and fold the whipping cream (with a rubber spatula  or hand mixer) into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.</div>]]></description>
