They placed me under Sri Tujoh Beach Resort, as administration department. After registered, i am going to Sri Tujoh Beach Resort. I am briefing myself to my supervisor there. His name is M. Kasnorhafiz M. Kasmari as known as Mr. Hafiz. He introduced the chalets, halls and other accomodations that provided there. He tell the history on how the place were built and the amount of staffs that hired. 

After that, i am learned from him to works as an receptionist. The prices of each chalets, halls and football field should know. On first day here, i am slowly adapt on how to communicate with customers whether on phone or face-to-face. Customers is very worth to this resort like a gold that should have to take care perfectly. 
I am also learned by other staff, Kak Ha. She teaches me on how to record every booking made by the customers. The details of the customers includes phone number should be list down for easier us to contact them. She also teaches me on how to key in the prices that made by the customers in computer. 

Besides, i am also learn to write down the information from the receipt to another book for the audit check later.

While friday and saturday i do not work. Today i am still learning to communicate with customers whether on the phone or face-to-face. Learn on how to attract them with the prices given. As staff or worker, we should speak politely and smile to them. Customers are always right and they want the best from us. So we need to do the best and give the best as we can to them.

Mr. Hafiz and the other staff here very concern on the small things. For them, the small things can become the bigger issues and create problems between customers. Reputation of resort is very important. I am learn from them 'do not promise with customers if we cannot give like they want'. Here, we have 3 halls for any events and weddings. We need to prepare the things that they wants for their events. Sometimes, for one day we have to prepare for 3 events so the things that they needed is not enough but still we try hard to fulfill their wants. That is why negotiation is important before deciding anything. Once promises are denied, the customers will feel disappointed and do not comes again to our resort. 

Today, what i am to do is key in the information of deposit that paid by customer and i am also need to do paper work relate how to upgrade the resort and submit to my supervisor by tomorrow.

Certain of customers also fax to us for booking hall for their event. So from the details, we list down his name and phone number on the booking list for easier us to contact him. We also check the things that the event needs like chairs, tables and so on. And another thing is we have floating chalets. That is the reason why customers love to booking chalets in Sri Tujoh Beach Resort. They have the option to choose chalets like they want.

I am also key in event order by customers. On 6 March soon, Ladang Rakyat Dun Pengkalan Kubor will held an talk. So they booking a hall for 100 people.
