         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are two types of direct federal loan which are subsidized and unsubsidized. Subsidized loans are available to students who have demonstrated financial need, the U.S. Department of Education pays your interest while you're in school + six months after graduation. Meanwhile an unsubsidized loan is available to students regardless of financial need. Students are responsible for repaying interest during ALL periods.</div>]]></description>
