         <description><![CDATA[<div>Patterns can help you place the decimal point, because if the factor is a whole number, you move right.&nbsp; If one of the factors are decimals, you move the decimal left.&nbsp; Multiplying using decimals is very similar to dividing.&nbsp; When you divide decimals, you go left.&nbsp; The number of zeros and the exponent help you determine where the decimal goes, and help you find the product.</div>]]></description>
