Many times you wonder how your job duties have been developed. Now you know! Job descriptions are an essential piece of any business. If they weren't in place who knows how many hats you may have to wear at work. This could be very confusing, but thanks to this one tool it can help take away some of that confusion.

Step 1: Decide on a job to make a description for. This can be any job you choose.

 

Step 2: Develop a list of at least 10 key essential functions of the position. Also think of the kind of education needed for this job. Adding more detail to the description narrows down the amount of applications you receive.

 

Step 3: Gather as much info as you can on your position.

 

Step 4: Review YouTube videos for helpful hints.

 

Step 5: Complete the job description.

 

Step 6: Create a Prezi of your job description. The components of your presentation should include the following.

1.     Job Title with pictures

2.     10 Key Essential Functions of the Position

3.     Education Needed for the Job
