Today is my first day doing SIEP at Kak Cah Katering. Actually, Kak Cah Katering is an restaurants but also accept an catering order. When there have an catering order, Kak Cah will do the order and also open the restaurants. Today, even it is my first day, I already do many task. In the early morning, at 6.30 a.m I already go to work and help Mak Cik Sarimah to prepare the ingredients before she start cook the menu for catering. After the food is ready, we bring it to Dewan Jubli Perak, Maran. The menu is set up like a buffet. Today is my last day manage catering. As usual, I help in the kitchen and after that bring the food to the Dewan Jubli Perak. Since this is my last day, so I take a picture with Kak Ina(left). She also help Kak Cah manage the catering. Kak Ina is the leader. She cook all food everyday and Mak Cik Mah will help her to cook. At the right is my new friend. Her name is Aida. She studying in UPSI.
