         <description><![CDATA[<p><br></p><p><strong>Johannes Vermeer (1632-1675)</strong></p><p><strong>He w</strong>as a Dutch Baroque Period painter who specialized in domestic interior scenes of middle-class life in the 17th century. He is famous for his intimate household scenes with amazing light.<br></p><p>Johannes was known as Jan for short. Vermeer had 11 children. When Vermeer died, he left his family in great debt. Vermeer is often praised for his careful compositions, transparent colors, and brilliant use of light.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Leanardo da vinci (</strong>1452-1519)</p><p><br></p><p>He was an Italian polymath of the High Renaissance who was active as a painter, he <strong>drew what he observed from the world around him, including human anatomy, animal and plant life, the motion of water, and the flight of birds</strong>. </p><p><br></p><p>He also investigated the mechanisms of machines used in his day, inventing many devices like a modern-day engineer. he is best known for his <strong>dramatic and expressive artwork.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Eugene Delacroix (</strong>1798–1863)</p><p>Throughout his career he cultivated a reputation as a bohemian, consumed to the point of illness by <strong>painting, writing, emotion, and imagination</strong>. Combined, Delacroix's paintings, writings, and self-image had a profound impact on, and shaped the development of, modern painting.</p><p><br></p><p>Delacroix would sketch freely from memory seeking to manifest the imaginative force and energy of the image as well as the emotional content through <strong>multiple rapid sketches</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Two extra artists:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Lin Onus (1948-1996)</p><p><br></p><p>born <strong>William McLintock Onus</strong> and also known as <strong>Lin Burralung McLintock Onus</strong>, was an Australian artist of <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://kids.kiddle.co/Scottish_people">Scottish</a>-<a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://kids.kiddle.co/Indigenous_Australians">Aboriginal</a> origins. He was the son of activist <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://kids.kiddle.co/Bill_Onus">Bill Onus</a>.<strong><em>Onus</em></strong> became a successful painter, sculptor and printmaker. and did famous aboriginal styles</p><p><br></p><p><strong>William Rice </strong>(<strong>1873-1963</strong>)</p><p><br></p><p>William Rice is known for Landscape painting, graphics, illustration, crafts. Etcher, painter, printmaker, William Seltzer Rice was <strong>born on June 23, 1873 in Manheim, PA</strong> where his family had a carriage-painting business. Rice began drawing at an early age and had art lessons from itinerant artists. Born and raised in <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manheim,_Pennsylvania">Manheim</a> in <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lancaster_County,_Pennsylvania">Lancaster County</a>, Pennsylvania, Rice grew up with his parents in his grandparents' home on Market Square that had been occupied by his family for four generations</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I would like to explore tradition paintings and Lino so mainly portraiture traditional painting and cartoonish Lino at the frame. Or maybe natural forms of me pressing flowers or leaves onto the painting.</p><p><br/></p><p>Traditional painting will help express my theme surfaces and textures because I can create texture with the paint by stifling and with the leaf Lino on the boarder I can print real leaves to create texture and depth to the portraiture.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
