I’m fourteen years old and I live in Castellammare del Golfo in Italy. In my family there are five people: my dad, my mum, my two sister and I. My dad’s name is Angelo, he is fifty three years old, he is an electrician and in his free time plays football. During the day I like watching tv series and reading books. I really love sleeping, so I don’t like waking up early every morning and go to school. Almost everyday, after lunch, I lay on my bed and take a nap that takes about 2 hours. Twice a week I play tennis at the sport centre. I hardly ever lay on the sofà and watch tv, I prefer watching tv series or chatting on-line with my friends in my bedroom.

I think I’ve got an unhealthy life-style. I eat lots of carbs and sugar. In my food pyramid, fruit and vegetables are what I eat less.
