The tallest has two spheres on it, the second has one sphere, and the shortest doesn’t have any spheres. The tallest’s height is 180 meters. It contains 4500 square meters of water reservoir. It also contains a guests restaurant that can contain up to 90 guests, and a rotating observatory. The second tower’s height is 140 meters. It is used only as a water reservoir. The green spheres are covered with plates of steel painted in colour scheme of blues, greens and greys, which creates a beautiful impression in daylight and light spectacle at night.
The towers were designed by the architect Malene Bjorn. They are located in Ras Ajouza in Kuwait city, the capital of Kuwait country. They were opened in 1979, and they cost 4.7 million Kuwaiti Dinars. When I was in middle school, the school administration decided to reward its outstanding students with a trip outside the school and going to Dickson House.And the school administration did this in order to tell us the reason for the origin of this house and to tell us about the old Kuwaiti heritage and to see the old heritage cars, weapons, rooms, and how they lived in the past . Now Dickson House has become a cultural museum in Kuwait and people come to visit it and it has become the focus of attention for people. It was a beautiful trip with the school. And any Kuwaiti he see it feels patriotism. And how the citizens defended for their country and that what make this place special.I want people to know this place to remember the martyrs of Iraqi invasion.
