This can be a challenge in the school aspect because so many students can come from different religious backgrounds, and confusing and mixing them can confuse others. This can also interfere with school, religious holidays, and everything else. Each religion teaches differently as well, so each student could learn at a much different rate than the rest.

Race can play a massive part in the education stance, because if a child is treated differently because of their skin color then the other children can start to get confused on why they aren't treated the same or even better.

There could be good and evil to cultural competence; everyone has their own opinion of everyone else, but trying to shield it from children would be for the better because having specific views in front of children could confuse them and make them think differently at a young age.
