Yes, it really helped a lot. I got to understand myself on a deeper level, like how I think, react, and deal with different situations. This subject made me reflect on my attitude, habits, and goals in life. It honestly made me more aware of who I am and who I want to become.

My favorites were We Are Family and Career Roadmap. The “We Are Family” topic made me appreciate my family more and realize how they shape who I am. Meanwhile, the “Career Roadmap” helped me think about my future and the path I want to take. Both topics felt meaningful and connected to my real life.
