The workload was intense, which did not allow for thorough review of the information. I do constitute it to the time given in order to go through all the modules

The workshop exceeded my expectations. I initially felt nervous as digitizing is not one of my strengths, but the experience has broadened my perspective and sparked a genuine interest in exploring this area further.

I most enjoyed the introduction to the plethora of tools we can use to digitize the modules.

It was very effective and I can see how the content can be more fun and enjoyable to learn. I was a part of one of the Cohort that went through the face to face presentation and it felt long and overwhelmed, hence the reason I believe doing it as a self pace would be more engaging.

Diane explanations were very clear on how to get the layout on the modules done

Developing activities for the modules was exciting as it would reflect on how much you provide information and how well those informations were delivered would basically tell how much content was grasps by participants when they have to complete the activities.

Every aspect of the workshop was beneficial as I believe each compliments the other.

Work load was a bit much, more time would have been needed fir us to grasp the use of the new tools introduced.

I believe the pace and workload was manageable and great, it was just the content of social work being heavy and trying to ensure that the activities capture the lessons of the module that took a lot of energy and effort.

I currently don't have any suggestions for changes, so my answer is none.

The pace was good but I think more time would be needed as the workload was heavy. A lot to digest for us that are new to this but the informations were very helpful with the guidance of the supportive facilitators.

The training was just right. I wouldn’t recommend any changes to the outline and structure. I hope to train with the NVision team again.

Very intense/heavy but beneficial and effective

This workshop certainly exceeded my expectations. It was a bit intimidating at first, however the training team did an excellent job imparting the information.

They were. It was a step by step, I especially appreciate when the facilitators completed a sample that could be followed. I appreciate that it is obvious that they became verse with social work materials that they were able to easily provided examples and speak the language of social work. Thank you for that.

I would prefer an example to be done first to ensure everyone understood the tasks. I felt that some of us were a bit off track but after they did a sample of what was expected then we got more clarity.

I appreciated doing the outline for the transference. It can a refresher and it allowed me to input the information in a way I would want the audience to receive and apply it.
