In the article, it said that people, pets, and plants have been affected.
 
Hawk said, that she has been cleaning her son with bottled water. His doctor said that he doesn't want, him to bathe with the tap water. The doctor said that there was problems with the tap water, from the sink.

Other residents in Flint feel frustrated from the tap water. Some of the people stopped using the tap water immediately after the change of water, because of the smell, color and the taste. While other people would continue to cook and drink the tap water. 

Other residents in Flint, were feeling betrayed, worried, angry, sad and not satisfied. Flint has a population of 99,000. About 40,000 are poor. 

The Flint River, carries lead poisoning. The lead came from the metal pipes Because the Flint River used to be a dump, and a chemical ground.
