I would tell Kirishima that nobody is perfect and everyone has struggles. That it's okay to have bad days and good days, but that they don't make you any less of a hero. The fact he's trying even if moments may get hard or seem impossible, what matters is to always try and have a good heart. Whether he's alone or has friends, never stop trying to help people and never let the world a stop you from trying to have a kindness in your heart.
