Firstly, research shows that immigration positively affects U.S. workers' wages and employment. This is because immigrants generally do not have a direct negative impact on the earnings of native-born workers, as native-born workers and immigrant workers generally complement each other rather than compete for the same job. Research also shows that increased immigration does not displace U.S. workers because many immigrants create their jobs by starting their own business.

I also did some more research on the Noodles & Company's immigration reimbursement. The company will assist employees in renewing, obtaining, or supporting work authorization, citizenship, or immigration status. Immigrants make up about 22% of the food serve industry labor force.
