With companies beginning to adopt immigration benefits/coverage, research shows that their strides towards accommodating for immigrants will be beneficial for the labor market.

Firstly, research shows that immigration positively affects U.S. workers' wages and employment. This is because immigrants generally do not have a direct negative impact on the earnings of native-born workers, as native-born workers and immigrant workers generally complement each other rather than compete for the same job. Research also shows that increased immigration does not displace U.S. workers because many immigrants create their jobs by starting their own business.

I also did some more research on the Noodles & Company's immigration reimbursement. The company will assist employees in renewing, obtaining, or supporting work authorization, citizenship, or immigration status. Immigrants make up about 22% of the food serve industry labor force. Executives, including former Domino's CEO Ritch Allison, have pitched immigration as a solution to the industry's labor shortage. The company would cover the U.S. citizenship and Immigration Services immigrant fee of $220, as well as most work status fees, which range from $30 to $700. https://www.restaurantdive.com/news/noodles-company-adds-employee-benefits-immigration-reimbursement/622754/

Some of the main industries suffering from unemployment are service, sales, and production, all of which employ high rates of immigrant workers. Being 21% for service and sales and 18% for production. My question is, what businesses are most likely to provide incentives to immigrants?

Some advantages of hiring immigrant workers can lead to a good view such as Global innovation and hiring foreign workers could even have cost-saving benefits to effect. An International expansion of trades and change. However, the companies will be willing to pursue the implementation of immigrants with total benefits? Where there be solve the problem of barrier language? Will companies provide equal pay and help with insurance?

I see the bonus given to immigrant workers as a method of employee retention. With a large number of people leaving their current roles for better positions and events such as the Great Resignation, employers could potentially see more benefits by offering these long-term working bonuses. As these only become accessible after 1 year in the company, they promote a longer stay in that job.
