When they earn a certain amount they can get something from the treasure box. My mentor teacher has paws for her class and if the whole class earns a certain amount they have a pizza party.

We also pick a new star student each week based on how many "SPARKS" the child has (our reward system) and that gives studenst a chance to explain more about themselves to the class.

The students get 'honey bucks' if they are showing good behavior which allows them to buy stuff later on. If a student mentioned the day before they had a baseball or a soccer game, she would ask them how the game went.
