         <description><![CDATA[<div>Every morning my mentor teacher and I greet each student by name as they enter the classroom and during morning meeting she always has a positive message for them. Additionally, throughout the day she tells them positive things and compliments them. One small thing she does that I love is when they get something correct she says "kiss your brain" and they kiss their hand and tap their head.</div>]]></description>

For good behavior teachers reward students with bear paw points.          <description><![CDATA[<div>We do fun Friday at the end of the week and the kids were able to bring a toy or a stuffed animal of their choice that was there favorite, this helped us as teachers understand their interests. All throughout the day she will give them opportunities to talk about themselves, and give positive feedback to them on simple things like sitting quietly or the work they are doing or being a good friend.</div>]]></description>

When they earn a certain amount they can get something from the treasure box. My mentor teacher has paws for her class and if the whole class earns a certain amount they have a pizza party.<br><br></div>]]></description>

We also pick a new star student each week based on how many "SPARKS" the child has (our reward system) and that gives studenst a chance to explain more about themselves to the class.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Each morning we say good morning to our students and ask how their night was before or what their weekend plans if it is Friday. The students get 'honey bucks' if they are showing good behavior which allows them to buy stuff later on. They can also get 'complement bees' and once they get a certain amount they get to pick something to do ex. popcorn and a movie.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Every morning my mentor teacher will greet every student ask them how their morning is going. If a student mentioned the day before they had a baseball or a soccer game, she would ask them how the game went. When the students leave to go home for the day my mentor teacher always gives them a hug and tells them that she loves them and that she hoped they have a good rest of their day.&nbsp;My mentor teacher also has a clip stick that has different colors on it and the colors mean if they are having a bad, good, great, or a fantastic day she will write it in the students planner not only for them to see but for the parents as well.</div>]]></description>
