1) If your table name is SKU Vendor the primary key must be combination of those two. But you indicate Vendor name as primary key. The problem with that is if you have another sku from that Vendor you will have to repeat Vendor name in another row. So my advice is either change primary key, or break this table into two: Vendor table and another table is SKU table that has Vendor name as Foreign key
2) If you have a store table it must have a store number and thats it. You cannot include one SKU. Because every store has many SKUs. SO, same advice break the table into Store table
3) Departments , same as other two I mentioned
4) DB table is correct!
