Therefore he had to annihilate the people who did not meet the needs. Hitler made all the Jews enter concentration camps where they were either killed or worked/starved to death. Many of the Jews were treated inhumanly. Therefore the U.S. dropped a bomb on Nagasaki. It was basically a military tactic that was designed to create a lot of chaos and disorganization among enemies. This was done through the use of local firepower or mobile forces. 
 -Scorched Earth Policy was a military tactic/strategy that involved destroying anything that belonged or was useful to the enemy, while still advancing on the enemy or retreating. 
-Island Hopping was a military strategy that was used by the allies to fight against Japan. The whole point of island hopping was to attack the weaker islands of Japan and basically take it over and they kept on attacking islands until they got to where they wanted to be. 
-Kamikaze attacks were attacks created by Japan. In these attacks Japanese pilots would crash their planes into Allied forces aircraft's, in other words they made suicide attacks.
